Kimberly A. Fantaci, President and CEO

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Management minor from the University of Dayton
  • Over thirty years full-time and part-time association staff experience
  • Member of American Society of Association Executives
  • Member of International Society of Meeting Planners

Krista Saul, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

  • Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Cedarville College
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Fourteen years experience in financial accounting and not-for-profit organization auditing with an accounting firm

Jeff Roberts, Association Executive

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, Urbana University
  • Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow with twenty-seven years as a sales professional with strong skills in bringing understanding and workable, profitable solutions to teams
  • Experience in the development of new programs including design and implementation
  • Experience in building membership and programs with exceptional retention results
  • Twelve years of association management experience

James Perry, Association Executive

  • Nearly two years with Clear Channel Radio working with sales staff on promotion creation and value proposals for local and national clients
  • Voiceover work as well as creative production with JP Voiceovers (self-employed)
  • Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, Wright State University
  • Ten years of association management experience

Tina Schneider, Chief Administrative Manager

  • Seventeen years as AMC’s receptionist, mail and shipping manager, communications coordinator and office manager
Brian McKenzie, Association Executive
  • Extensive background in customer-oriented service operations and business development, including sales, marketing, promotions and cost control.
  • Served as General Manager of a hotel with fifteen years of hospitality management experience.  
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Three years of association management experience
Kay Lowe, Association Executive and Event Manager
  • Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communications with an emphasis in non-profit management, Cedarville University
  • Excellent communication, management and organizational skills
  • Responsible for as many as 50+ events annually
  • Experience in digital media marketing and creative content writing
  • Three years of association and event management experience
